This doll is a great quality doll for the money! They say they come 24 to a box, but in ordering over 200, I only received 2 large boxes that had been opened and items removed to bring the boxes down to the number I needed. BE SURE YOU COUNT the number received. I was shorted 14 dolls in my order of 240. The company shipped them out quickly, but their telephone etiquette needs a little work. They answer the phone without identifying their company or the name of the person answering the phone, so just be prepared for that. You will pay 14% shipping, so realize that the cost of the item will go up once you factor in shipping. That, and their phone etiquette, is why I only awarded them 4 stars instead of 5.
